Mums and Bubs Fitness
Bring your baby with you and be prepared to work out. Our Post-Natal workouts are safe and effective. Relax knowing your bub is nearby in their pram or playing in the sun on a mat, making for a great exercise and bonding session.
One On One Personal Training
We provide quality personal training for Post-Natal exercise and fitness programs at a time and place convenient for you. Train on your own, with friends, with or without bub, its up to you – it’s personal

I first started with BounceBack Fitness mums and bubs classes when my daughter was about eight weeks old, I wanted to lose my baby weight and regain my fitness. It’s the best health decision I’ve made. Mums and bubs classes and my PT sessions with Nicole have helped me become fitter, stronger and more confident. I’ve met other mums, who are encouraging and just lovely, women you can exercise with and not feel judged. I can take my daughter with me and I know that she’ll be safe and she gets to play with the other children. Nicole’s sessions more than lived up to my expectations, the exercises aren’t a breeze but with Nicole’s training I know that I’m doing them properly. Nicole makes me work hard and is encouraging and caring. I can now do push ups properly on my toes and I have lost my baby weight, my butt and arms, thank you Nicole.
I have absolutely loved my time at bounce back, the trainers are fantastic in that they push you to achieve your personal goals so it’s not a one size fits all. You get to work out in the outdoors with other lovely local mums, which has become a great support for me & made some great friendships. It’s just what you need after having a baby! Initially I had thought being a mums & bubs group the trainer would be light touch or easy.. this is not the case it’s a good solid workout with results. I would highly recommend for any new mum to try it out. I can’t wait to get back into it after my second Bub in a couple of weeks. I’ve missed the bounce back family.
