Our specialist groups offer mums and bubs the chance to train in some beautiful locations around Inner West Sydney including Five Dock, Concord and Drummoyne. Each location has been selected for easy parking, toilets, shade or lights depending on time of day, Nice breezes and views, and handy for good coffee for after your workout! Timetable changes depending on numbers and need.

Five Dock Park

This park has easy parking on Park Rd, toilets, and plenty of shade which makes it a great place to train. The park has plenty of variety too so the workouts can be as varied and challenging as your trainers imagination!! Need a coffee fix after your workout? Wander down Barnstaple Rd to Jada’s Cafe on Great North Rd. Try a healthy post workout snack, too.

Brett Park, Drummoyne

Located opposite Drummoyne Pool on Henley Marine Drive, this is one of our favourite locations for good hard sessions with a variety of natural slopes and open areas to choose from. the kids playground enclosed by hedges makes it a great place for the older kids to keep occupied while mummy trains too. Meet next to the playground. Head up to Harris Farm Markets or Copo Cafe on Formosa St.

Central Park, Concord

Central to Concord on Wellbank Street, just up the road from the Library. With plenty of parking and a playground for the smaller kids, this is a great location for training and enjoying the outdoors. Coffee is available in all styles and brands afterwards close by on Majors Bay Rd too (we recommend Espresso 96). 

St Lukes Park, Concord

We meet on the Concord High School side, off Crane Street. We start early at this venue but the good news is, there’s a coffee van waiting to take your order as soon as you’re done. How’s that for convenient!
