New classes for working mums

I hate goodbyes so rather than lose any more fabulous mums when they return to work I have added some great new classes to our timetable with more to come in April.

Saturday morning Scream-free Bootcamp on Saturdays at 7am are a great option for all mums. Take advantage of the weekend and leave bub at home with dad while you sneak off for some quality time with your mates at the park. Work sweat and have fun first thing so you can enjoy the rest of your weekend knowing you have got a great workout in.

This class is child free and set at a higher level than the mums and bubs sessions so you can focus on yourself and just get it done. No screaming just gentle encouragement and a few evil laughs from the trainer as she pushes you to push yourself!

Monday night Box and BurnĀ at 7.15pm at King George Oval.

Joan is one of the best boxing instructors around so come box away the frustrations, ready to face your week calm, energised and with muscles burning while you sleep.

We have plans for some early morning sessions in April when our new trainer starts with us!
